Meditation

Meditation is an ancient technique which has been
scientifically proven to provide therapeutic benefits such
as lowering blood pressure and balancing the mind.
Harvard Medical School has reported that physicians are now
prescribing meditation to their patients for well-being. Since
there are numerous types of meditation techniques, it is
recommended to try several to see which type you enjoy
and will practice daily like brushing your teeth.

Kay Lani offers meditation classes for beginners which
teaches the students about meditation and its benefits
and offers numerous types of meditation styles to
try. Introduction to meditation starts in May at Saint
Francis Care in Glastonbury. She also is a certified
Kundalini Yoga teacher and meditation is included
in each class. Sessions available focusing on meditations
to prepare for surgery & for specific conditions.
