Yoga Therapy
All yoga practices have therapeutic benefits.
Yoga Therapy however adapts traditional
practices
for individuals with specific health conditions and
challenges to address their needs. Other healing
modalities may be incorporated into treatments.
Kay Lani is a certified
Yoga Therapist and is trained to
support individuals with chronic conditions including
diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

Yoga of the Heart® ~ Rehabilitation for
Cardiac,
Cancer, Diabetes, and Patients with Other Life Threatening
Diseases taught by internationally renowned teacher
Nischala Joy Devi. Her landmark research in pioneering
yoga for life threatening diseases, Dr. Dean Ornish’s
Program for Reversing Heart Disease® and the Commonweal
Cancer Help Program®
(CCHP), culminated in the creation
of her
Yoga of the Heart® certification course for teachers
and
health professionals®.
