"Your vision will
become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks
outside, dreams; who looks inside awakens."
~ Carl Jung
We
all want peace throughout the world, but the
way to peace and happiness must be first found in yourself. The
unique ancient ways of Kundalini yoga are not only based on exercise
for your physical body, but a blend of priceless lifestyle
opportunities which can allow soul awakening and discovery of who
you truly are.
"Be
Happy, Be Who You Are" ~ Kay Lani
I have been an athlete all my life and have practiced
yoga since 2003. I began practicing yoga when I
discovered traditional therapeutic avenues were only short term solutions
for me, and my chiropractor told me I should stop running. I am happy
to report, yoga and meditation has proven to be a priceless healthcare
tool for me. My doctors are impressed with my overall well-being, and I
added flexibility and "half an inch back" into my spine. That's
right, my spine had started to compress. I am very grateful to have
tools at my finger tips to maintain my wellness and to help others
along their journey.
I chose to practice
Kundalini Yoga,
since these gentle yoga classes have included breathe, exercise, deep
relaxation, and meditation for thousands of years. This yoga style
has been reported to improve your health
and well-being quickly with discipline and dedication. Other yoga
techniques would take many more years to produce results experienced
by a dedicated practitioner of Kundalini yoga, after just one year. Students feel a
difference after one class of Kundalini yoga, so it is worth a try.
“The Age of Aquarius is the age of excellence in which personal
purity shall absolutely matter.”

Yogi Bhajan

exploring and utilizing other styles, such as chair yoga and yoga
for youth.
