About Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Gong Sound Relaxation Classes

Yogi Bhajan knew Kundalini Yoga and Meditation would help the world to prepare for today's challenges and live in the Aquarian Age. His mission was to train students to be teachers.

  • Meditation classes will focus on practicing meditative techniques after a short warm up. Please do not wear fragrances to class and eat lightly two hours before class. Dress comfortably, bring water, a cozy blanket, and a mat.
     
  • All Kundalini yoga classes include:

  • a breathing session
  • kriya (series of exercises)
  • deep relaxation
  • and meditation
  • Gong Healing and Stress Relief classes are offered with and without a full kriya (exercise set).
