Kay Lani Gong Healing Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga with gong sound healing and meditation sessions can still the  mind and strengthen the nervous system to help you effectively deal with daily, stressful challenges. The gong is an ancient instrument with therapeutic sound properties. Sessions have been on- going since July 2009. Check for scheduled classes or read about special full moon workshops or yoga therapy workshops.

Kundalini Yoga is a natural journey, needing to be experienced by doing, to reveal one's true nature.
