"Each soul has a role to play. Each human
has something to say. May consciousness prevail so we can come
through the veil of arrogance and ignorance to the joy and happiness
of life. May we count our blessings to be beautiful, bountiful and
blissful." ~
Yogi Bhajan ~
August 26, 1929 – October 6, 2004

Yogi
Bhajan knew
Kundalini Yoga
and Meditation would help the world
to prepare and live in the Aquarian Age and his mission was to train
students to be teachers.
Yogi Bhajan Quotes ~
“The Age of Aquarius is the age of excellence in which personal
purity shall absolutely matter.”
"Your strength
is how calmly, quietly and peacefully you face life."
"We make
everything important in our lives except learning about our selves."
"You are very
powerful, providing you know how powerful you are."
"There are three values: Feel good, be good, and do good."
"A person who is pure cannot become poor. Do not measure everything
with money. Measure everything with grace."
"Gratitude is the open door to abundance."
"If you can't see God in All, you can't see God at all."
If you are unable
to join a group in your community for the celebration in the early
hours of August 26, you can meditate from your home and imagine
yourself in a room filled with yogis chanting. The meditation for
this special sadhana traditionally starts at 3am. The highlight of
this sadhana celebration is a 2.5 hour Long Ek Ong Kaur chant called
the Morning Call.
Long Ek Ong Kaur Meditation
Ek, Ong, Kaar
Sat Naam
Siree Wha-hay Guroo
The cornerstone of morning sadhana is the Long Ek
Ong Kaur, Adi Shakti Mantra or Morning Call. This mantra initiates
the kundalini, initiating the relationship between our soul and the
Universal Soul. Opens the chakras and energizes your higher
awareness. It will make you creative and focused on your real
priorities.
You may try

free copy, or
